Ads graciously made a birthday cheesecake for my bro and family on sunday afternoon. Bro and I only officially cut the cake today, one day after his birthday!

After two days of being refrigerated, the cheesecake had sunk further in. Nevertheless, it was yummy!! Bro loved it!

heh... burnt cheesecake!! Take it off!! DELETE pic!! Bad rep to my baking skills! hahahah.. Mylene's too nice to say it looks like creme brulee.. Is the bottom half soggy?? Bain marie and me ain't friends... siGh..

Aw man! I wanna durian too :))) Here in Canada, one packet like that coss CAD$5.29, which translates to about $8-9 bucks a pop. Ouch. I haven't brought myself to eat durian here yet -- too painful for the wallet ;)) Hope it tastes as good as it looks! :)

the bottom half wasn't soggy, it was all compact, appreciate the thick layer of mcvities!!

ha ha.. i can't help you here too.. i'm not a fan of it now and am the only in the family who doesn't eat it. grew up eating tho, but my taste shifted the past several years..

yea man, burnt cheesecake!! actually, no burnt taste at all, only that it looks burnt on top layer.. ha ha
