What are tags? You can give your posts a "tag", which is like a keyword. Tags help you find content which has something in common. You can assign as many tags as you wish to each post.
Tried this with my namesake last year, and we ended up baking a whole batch for Christmas! Its really yummy and chewy with oats!
Baking time: 200 - 250 degrees celsius, 10-11 minutes;
375 Fahrenheit, 8-9minutes
Serving: Makes as many as 120 bite-size cookies (believe me, you can pop 10 of them into your mouth in one sitting - They are that irresistible!)
Ingredients:
225g Butter + 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, creamed
1 cup self raising flour OR [plain flour + 1 teaspoon baking powder]
3 cups oats
1 cup walnut, roasted and crushed to bits
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chip
1 large egg or 1.5 medium-sized eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
